Remsons Industries Limited announced that its step down subsidiary in the United Kingdom has secured a new international supply contract valued at approximately Rs 30 crore. Remsons Automotive Limited received the formal nomination from a global commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturer.
The 72 month contract involves the supply of hood rods to the foreign vehicle manufacturer. According to the regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on May 19, the production and supply of the automotive components are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of the 2027 calendar year.
The identity of the commercial vehicle manufacturer was not disclosed in the regulatory documents.
