The new model will make its global debut at Range Rover House during Monterey Car Week on 13 August 2025.
Range Rover has introduced the new Sport SV Carbon, completing its high-performance luxury SUV line-up. Positioned alongside the existing Sport SV and SV Black variants, the SV Carbon adds a lightweight-focused option to the range, incorporating extensive carbon fibre detailing and new personalization choices.
The new model will make its global debut at Range Rover House during Monterey Car Week on 13 August 2025.
Under the bonnet, the SV Carbon retains the same 635PS (626 hp), 800Nm 4.4-litre Twin Turbo V8 mild hybrid engine as the earlier SV editions. The engine is capable of propelling the vehicle to a top speed of 180mph. A carbon fibre SV engine cover is fitted as standard.
The SV Carbon offers optional 23-inch Carbon Fibre Wheels and Carbon Ceramic Brakes, delivering a total weight saving of 76kg compared to the equivalent Range Rover Sport P530 specification. Brake caliper colour options include blue, yellow, carbon bronze, and black.
The exterior is distinguished by a Forged Carbon Exterior Pack, which includes carbon fibre elements around the quad exhausts. Buyers can also opt for a Twill Carbon finish and an exposed carbon fibre bonnet. Four paint colours are available, along with additional options from the SV Premium Palette.
Inside, the SV Carbon features a choice of four interior themes, including a leather-free option using Ultrafabrics. The cabin includes performance seats with integrated headrests, forged carbon fibre seatbacks, and illuminated SV logos. Additional interior enhancements include Moonlight Chrome detailing and SV illuminated treadplates.
Performance technologies such as the 6D Dynamics Suspension system featuring interlinked hydraulic air suspension with pitch and roll control are standard. The Body and Soul Seat (BASS) audio system adds a tactile audio experience for front occupants.
Performance SUV Line-Up
The Range Rover Sport SV Carbon joins a growing portfolio of high-performance SUVs under the Range Rover Sport SV badge. This line-up includes the previously launched SV Edition One and SV Black variants, each offering varying levels of design, technology, and dynamic capability. While the SV Edition One introduced the platform’s peak performance, and the SV Black focused on a stealth-inspired aesthetic, the SV Carbon brings a lightweight, carbon-fibre-centric approach to the range.
