Pricol Reports 34% PAT Growth in Nine Months
For the third quarter alone, the auto component manufacturer posted a PAT of Rs 63.69 crores, a 53.66% increase.
Pricol Limited reported a profit after tax of Rs 177.57 crores for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, marking a 34.44% increase from the same period last year. Revenue from operations reached Rs 2,885.95 crores, up 54.42% year-on-year.
For the third quarter alone, the auto component manufacturer posted a PAT of Rs 63.69 crores, a 53.66% increase, on revenue of Rs 1,020.36 crores, up 65.67% from Q3FY25.
The company's EBITDA for the nine-month period stood at INR 349.63 crores with a margin of 12.11%. In Q3-FY26, EBITDA was INR 124.41 crores at a 12.19% margin. Earnings per share for the nine-month period was INR 14.57, compared to INR 10.84 in the corresponding period last year.
Managing Director Vikram Mohan attributed the growth to operational efficiency and technological innovation. "Despite the evolving market dynamics, our focus on building future-ready, smarter solutions has enabled us to maintain a strong leadership position," he said.
The company received recognition from the Confederation of Indian Industries as one of the "Top 100 Innovative Companies" and among the "Top 25 Companies for Women in STEM." Its Corporate Manufacturing Engineering division won the Champions Trophy at the CII National Technology Competition for AI-driven automation.
Pricol also earned awards for sustainability from TVS Motor Company and won eight Gold Awards plus the Best of Best Award at Quality Circle Forum of India Coimbatore. The company received two Rotary India National CSR awards across the northern and southern regions.
Pricol operates 14 manufacturing plants across India, one unit in Indonesia, and has offices in Dubai, Tokyo, and Singapore. The company supplies over 5,200 product variants to automotive OEMs in the two-wheeler, three-wheeler, passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, and off-highway vehicle segments.
