Pricol acquires Sundaram Auto Components’ injection moulding business for Rs 215.3 crore

Pricol has acquired Sundaram Auto Components Ltd (SACL)’s Injection Moulding business via its wholly owned subsidiary Pricol Precision Products Private Limited, for Rs 215.3 crore. This debt free all cash acquisition will add a consolidated topline of approximately Rs 730 crore, as per the company press release. 

This acquisition will enable Pricol to scale the injection moulding business into an independent business vertical and leverage SACL’s strength combined with its capabilities. 

A part of TVS Motor Company, Sundaram Auto Components Limited is known for its polymer solutions and cutting-edge injection moulding capabilities.
