Maruti Suzuki’s ‘eParivartan’ Initiative Impacts Over 8,700 People in FY26
Maruti Suzuki’s broader corporate social responsibility framework focuses on road safety, skill development and community development.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited said its employee volunteering initiative ‘eParivartan’ recorded over 2,600 volunteering hours in FY2025–26, reaching more than 8,700 individuals across community programmes.
According to the company, over 1,100 employees participated in more than 30 activities during the year, covering healthcare, community support, education and youth engagement.
Under the health and community care segment, employees took part in four blood donation drives organised across offices and manufacturing facilities. Volunteers also assembled wheelchairs from kits provided by the company, which were later distributed to shelter homes and care centres. Additional support included providing food, medicines, dry ration and toiletries to residents in need. Employees also engaged with elderly and underprivileged individuals through structured companionship programmes.
In the education and youth engagement segment, the initiative focused on outreach to students from underprivileged backgrounds. Activities included organising a visit to the company’s manufacturing facility in Manesar, where students were introduced to large-scale manufacturing operations and interacted with employees.
Volunteers also conducted sessions with specially-abled children through art-based activities and engagement programmes. Support for visually impaired students included distribution of Braille kits and interactive learning sessions.
As part of the ‘Wish Tree’ activity, employees fulfilled requests from more than 300 students by providing school bags, stationery, learning materials and toys.
The programme also included school infrastructure support. Volunteers carried out school beautification drives, painting over 1,400 square feet of wall space in government schools across Gurugram and Manesar.
