Maruti Suzuki to Hike Vehicle Prices by Up to Rs 30,000 in June

Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced on Thursday that it will increase the prices of its vehicles across its entire model range starting in June 2026. According to a regulatory filing submitted to BSE and NSE, the price hike will be capped at a maximum of Rs 30,000 per vehicle, with the exact quantum of the increase varying depending on the specific model.

The carmaker attributed the decision to a sustained rise in input costs and elevated inflationary pressures. The company stated that it had been attempting over the past few months to absorb the financial impact through internal cost reduction measures. However, the persistent adverse cost environment has necessitated passing a portion of these increased expenses onto the market.

The manufacturer stated that it aims to keep the financial impact on its customers to a minimum despite the adjustments. The revised pricing structure will be implemented at the beginning of June
