Mahindra Logistics Reports ₹6,105 Crores Total Revenue, Announces ₹749 Crores Rights Issue

Mahindra Logistics Reports ₹6,105 Crores Total Revenue, Announces ₹749 Crores Rights Issue

Mahindra Logistics Limited reported total revenue of ₹6,105 crores across its five business segments during the financial year, according to a presentation delivered at the company's 18th Annual General Meeting held on July 21, 2025. The logistics firm also announced a rights issue of ₹749.27 crores at ₹277 per equity share.

The company's Contract Logistics division generated the highest revenue at ₹4,744 crores, driven by new account acquisitions, sector-specific integration, and improved yields. Last-Mile Delivery contributed ₹381 crores through what the company described as exponential growth powered by its eDel electric vehicle-first fulfillment model.

B2B Express services generated ₹358 crores in revenue, with the company noting volume recovery in the second half of the year alongside network optimization and operational discipline.

Mobility Services recorded ₹316 crores from structured commute programs and electric vehicle-based shuttle solutions, while Freight Forwarding contributed ₹306 crores with 20% year-on-year revenue growth.

The rights issue carries a 3:8 entitlement ratio, meaning existing shareholders can purchase three new shares for every eight shares they currently hold. The issue price includes a premium of ₹267 per share above the face value of ₹10.

Mahindra Logistics has expanded its physical capacity to approximately 21 million square feet across India and established new fulfillment centers in eastern India, including locations in Kolkata, Guwahati, and Agartala.

The company has also launched Pro-Trucking, a long-haul cargo solution, and implemented artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in warehousing and electric vehicle modules.

The company operates under a unified brand structure that includes subsidiaries LOKS, RIVIGO, WHIZARD, ProTrucking, eDEL, alyte, and MERU. Listed on both BSE (security code: 540768) and NSE (symbol: MAHLOG), Mahindra Logistics has positioned itself as a comprehensive logistics ecosystem provider integrating infrastructure, technology, and sustainability initiatives.

The presentation emphasized the company's focus on reducing emissions, improving energy and water efficiency, and implementing circular economy initiatives as part of its sustainability strategy. The firm continues to operate from its corporate office in Mumbai's Jogeshwari area.
