Gurugram-based Creativity at Best Technologies (CABT) has inked a memorandum of understanding with Faridabad-based Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) for 500 OSM e3W goods vehicles. These vehicles have been chosen due to their smaller load-carrying capacity.

“The MOU further offers CABT an opportunity to push the scale of e-three-wheeler adoption to lease 1,500 vehicles by 2025,” said Uday Narang, Founder of Omega Seiki Mobility
The lower TCO (total cost of ownership) of electric vehicles (EV) is fast encouraging eCommerce players to ditch the ICE for EVs and this MOU is the yardstick of the fast-growing rental and leasing market, said Shailesh Kumar, Founder of CABT Logistics.

CABT, which has a pan India presence in over 20 states recently announced plans to invest $8 million to set up micro-fulfilment centres across India.

CABT handles third-party logistics for DHL, Maersk, IKEA, Amazon and Flipkart.
