Landmark Cars Reports 17.31% Year-on-Year Revenue Growth in Q4FY25

Landmark Cars Limited has announced a 17.31% year-on-year increase in consolidated total revenue from operations for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, reaching Rs. 1,525 crore compared to Rs. 1,300 crore in the same quarter last year. The automotive retailer released these figures in a business update filed with stock exchanges on April 15, 2025.

The company reported that its full fiscal year 2025 revenue grew by 20.86% to Rs. 5,626 crore, up from Rs. 4,655 crore in FY24. This growth was primarily driven by vehicle sales, which increased by 21.10% year-on-year in Q4 and 23.94% for the full year.

However, the company experienced an 8.63% sequential decline in revenue compared to the previous quarter (Q3FY25), when it recorded Rs. 1,669 crore in total revenue. Vehicle sales similarly dropped 9.24% quarter-on-quarter.

After-sales service, spare parts, and other related business segments showed steady growth, increasing by 10.81% year-on-year in Q4 to Rs. 246 crore and by 10.47% for the full year to Rs. 939 crore.

Pre-owned vehicle sales faced challenges, declining by 45% year-on-year and 40.54% quarter-on-quarter in Q4FY25.

Following a period of expansion in FY25, the company stated it is now "focussed on stabilising all new outlets." Landmark Cars opened nine new workshops during the fiscal year and expects its service business to return to historic growth rates once operations stabilize.

The business update also noted that deliveries began for several new models that were unveiled in the previous quarter, including the Mahindra BE6, XEV 9E, and BYD Sealion 7, which started deliveries in late March 2025.

The company's Mercedes-Benz Patna operations and Kia Hyderabad workshop are scheduled to become operational in Q1FY26.

Landmark Cars Limited operates as a retailer for various automotive brands, including Mercedes-Benz, which operates under an agency model where the company earns commission on each sale.

The company advised that the provided information is provisional on a consolidated basis and subject to audit by its statutory auditors.
