Kabira Mobility expands after-sales support with 350+ service centers across India
Kabira Mobility announces the launch of over 350 service centers to strengthen after-sales support for electric two-wheelers
Kabira Mobility has announced the launch of over 350 service centers across India to enhance its after-sales support infrastructure for electric two-wheelers. This development aims to address challenges in the electric two-wheeler sector and improve customer service while promoting long-term growth. The company has also outlined plans to expand the network to more than 1,000 service centers by 2025.
The service centers will support all of Kabira Mobility's electric motorbikes, offering routine maintenance and complex repairs. Each center will be staffed by trained technicians familiar with the company's technology. Genuine spare parts will be available to help maintain vehicle performance and longevity. Additionally, the centers will be backed by a roadside assistance network to connect vehicles to the nearest center in emergencies. The expansion is expected to reduce service wait times and improve customer convenience.
Jaibir Siwach, CEO of Kabira Mobility, stated that after-sales service is essential for a new OEM in the electric two-wheeler sector. He explained that the decision to launch over 350 service centers was based on addressing the needs of customers and the industry. Siwach noted that inadequate service support has been a challenge for electric two-wheeler owners and that this expansion aims to tackle that issue.
Siwach also mentioned that building consumer trust requires focusing on the complete ownership experience, not just the initial purchase. The launch of these service centers is intended to ensure that customers have reliable support throughout their vehicle's lifecycle.
This expansion is expected to bolster Kabira Mobility’s market position by addressing key concerns related to after-sales support. The initiative aligns with the company's goal of making electric mobility more accessible and dependable for Indian consumers and supports its vision of contributing to the growth of electric vehicles in India.
