Joy Panda Appointed as Group Chief Marketing Officer at Minda Corporation
The automotive component manufacturer has promoted Joy Panda to the leadership role effective October 1, 2025, following his successful tenure as Business Head of the Component Division.
Minda Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Joy Panda as Group Chief Marketing Officer (GCMO), effective October 1, 2025. The company disclosed this information to stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI regulations.
Panda's elevation represents a change in role within the organization, where he has been serving for the past five years. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Business Head for the Component Division at Spark Minda Group.
The newly appointed GCMO brings over two decades of experience in the automotive industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA from IIM Mumbai. His professional background spans more than 15 years in various capacities including Supply Chain, Business Development, operations, and leadership roles.
During his tenure with Spark Minda Group, Panda played a significant role in the turnaround of BV-2, the company's Wiring Harness Division. His track record in the Component Division positioned him for this expanded leadership responsibility.
Company Secretary Pardeep Mann communicated the appointment details to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, where Minda Corporation is listed under the symbol MINDACORP and scrip code 538962 respectively.
