Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has unveiled the Jawa 42 as the third motorcycle in its All Stars range, following the 42 FJ and 42 Bobber. The updated motorcycle gets more than 60 changes covering its design, chassis, ergonomics and other areas.
The Jawa 42 is priced from Rs 1,79,942 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bookings are open, with deliveries scheduled to begin from September 14, 2026. The motorcycle will be sold in six colour options through Jawa Yezdi dealerships across India.
The latest version retains the Jawa 42’s 13.2-litre fuel tank, round headlamp and bench-style seat, while receiving a revised rear section, wider rear tyre, new alloy wheels, updated side panels and an upswept twin exhaust.
Jawa 42 Design And Chassis Updates
The Jawa 42 gets a wider rear fender and a 150/70-17 rear tyre, increasing the motorcycle’s rear footprint. Its 790mm sculpted seat has been redesigned with additional cushioning while retaining the flat, bench-like profile. The side panels, footpegs and rear section have also been revised.
The motorcycle uses new alloy wheels and a more compact upswept exhaust, which Jawa Yezdi says is intended to improve water-wading capability. Changes have also been made to the motorcycle’s mass, frame and swingarm stiffness, ergonomics, handling and comfort.
Jawa 42 Engine And Specifications
The Jawa 42 is powered by a 294.72cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled DOHC engine producing 27.19hp at 7,950rpm and 26.3Nm at 6,000rpm. It is paired with a six-speed constant-mesh gearbox and uses electronic fuel injection.
The motorcycle weighs 175kg and has a 13.2-litre fuel tank. Suspension comprises 35mm telescopic front forks and gas-filled twin rear shock absorbers with adjustable preload. Braking is handled by 280mm front and 240mm rear discs with dual-channel ABS. Ground clearance is 173mm.

The Jawa 42 All Stars is available in six colourways, with prices ranging from Rs 1,79,942 to Rs 1,89,942 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Black and Ivory version is the entry-level variant at Rs 1,79,942, while the All Stars Black is priced at Rs 1,89,942.
