Hyva to Showcase New Transport and Handling Solutions at BAUMA 2025

Hyva, now part of JOST World, is set to showcase its latest innovations at BAUMA 2025, the international trade fair for construction, building materials, and mining machinery. This will be Hyva’s first participation in the event under the JOST World banner.

The company’s exhibition, scheduled from April 7 to 13 at outdoor stand FN921/2 in Munich, will focus on solutions aimed at improving job site safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability across several product categories.

Among the key highlights, Hyva will unveil its Digital Tipping Solutions (DTS) Guide. This system comprises an onboard unit for rigid tipper trucks and a cloud-based platform for fleet managers, aimed at enhancing safety and operational productivity through real-time data and actionable insights.

Hyva will also introduce the ePowerbox100, a new addition to its electric power take-off (ePTO) range. Designed for electric vehicles with hydraulic equipment, the side-mounted ePowerbox100 is engineered to improve the conversion of electrical energy into hydraulic motion while reducing operational noise.

In the mining equipment segment, Hyva will present its Alpha UHD-PRO front-end cylinders and USE underbody cylinders, developed for loads up to 160 tons. The company will also debut a hydraulic suspension cylinder intended for wide-body mining tippers, and feature its DA-T Horizontal series, which includes double-acting telescopic cylinders for horizontal applications.

The exhibition will include the Titan T24-60-S PRO Hookloader, a lighter model with a reduced installation height of 250 mm. The new design supports larger transport volumes, better fuel economy, and improved vehicle handling. It also offers an optional fully electric radio remote control system.

In the skiploader segment, Hyva will display the TS18-41-TAZ model. This unit is designed to deliver faster operating times and improved reach, particularly in confined spaces. It includes safety-focused features such as an intelligent radio remote, auto-home sequence control, and integrated load weighing. The skiploader also supports a range of load covering systems for safer operation from ground level.

The crane section will feature the HC183X from Hyva’s EDGE line, a mid-size 18tm crane equipped with hydraulic extensions, a 7-inch control display, and radio control. Also on show will be the HB152 crane from the CORE line, a 15tm model suited for growing markets, offering 8 meters of outreach and equipped with a hydraulic loader limit device to prevent overload.

Rounding off the display, the TRIDEC brand will showcase the TP-O Low swivel axle suspension. Designed for the high-volume low-bed trailer market in Europe, it offers a 600 mm suspension travel and the lowest ride height at 12 tons per axle line, along with a wide steering angle to meet the demands of complex transport operations.
