Hyundai Venue now features ADAS technology, priced from Rs 10.33 lakh
The Venue becomes the fourth model – following the Ioniq 5, Tucson and Verna – in Hyundai’s line-up to feature the driver assistance system.
Hyundai has heavily updated the Venue and Venue N Line SUVs by introducing a new gearbox for the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine as well as ADAS. This makes it the first sub-compact SUV to feature driver assistance systems.
Here’s a break-up of the prices of the Venue and Venue N Line:
Hyundai Venue: now with ADAS
Hyundai has introduced its ADAS suite on the top-spec Venue SX(O) trim, which gets the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. The Venue N Line, which is available with two trims – N6 and N8 – gets ADAS on the top-spec N8 trim. The ADAS features include forward collision warning, forward collision avoidance assist, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, driver attention warning, lane following assist, high beam assist and leading vehicle departure alert.

Hyundai Venue new gearbox
Following the Venue Knight edition, the Venue and Venue N Line also get a 6-speed manual gearbox now with the 120hp, 172Nm, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. Other engines on offer include the 83hp, 114Nm, 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 116hp, 250Nm, 1.5-litre diesel engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The turbo-petrol engine can also be had with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox (DCT).
The Venue N Line only gets the turbo-petrol engine paired to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT.
Hyundai Venue rivals
The Venue continues to rival the newly refreshed Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger. The Venue N Line is positioned as a more driver-focused alternative of the standard Venue.
