Beyond the numbers, June also marked notable milestones for HMSI across road safety, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and product innovation.
Product and EV Push
In product news, HMSI launched the 2025 XL750 Transalp at ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram), enhancing its premium motorcycle portfolio. Advancing its EV strategy, the company inaugurated its first EV Concept Store in Bengaluru and introduced a new BaaS Lite subscription plan for its Activa e: electric scooter, priced at ₹678/month—aimed at making EV ownership more accessible.
Road Safety Initiatives
HMSI conducted road safety awareness campaigns in 12 cities, including Jamnagar, Kota, Kanyakumari, Vijayawada, and Gurugram. The company also celebrated key anniversaries of its Traffic Training Parks, 11 years in Bhubaneswar and six years in Tiruchirappalli. Additionally, HMSI hosted a Summer Camp at Delhi’s TTP, engaging children in safe riding theory, road safety games, and cycling sessions to instill early awareness about traffic discipline.
CSR and Community Outreach
As part of Environment Week 2025, HMSI rolled out sustainability-focused activities across its dealership network. Initiatives included sapling distribution, anti-plastic awareness drives, and tree plantations. The Honda India Foundation also marked International Yoga Day with a wellness event at the Honda Samajik Vikas Kendra in Gurgaon, drawing participation from over 200 local residents.
Motorsports
On the racing front, Honda’s young riders made a strong impression in the opening round of the 2025 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup CB300F held in Chennai. The month also saw Honda’s participation in international MotoGP rounds in Aragon, Italy, and the Netherlands.
