HMSI opens new BigWing 3S outlet in Kannur
Premium motorcycle retail outlet is supplemented by an immersive digital experience platform allowing exploration of products, riding gear and accessories.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has inaugurated a new 3S (sales, service, and spares) outlet in the Kannur district of Kerala. The new touchpoint is located in Tahazhe Chovva, near KP Tower.
The premium motorcycle outlet becomes the company's fifteenth BigWing retail centre in the state which takes the total count of its differentiated touchpoints with Honda's Silver Wing signage - catering to aspirational customers - to over 100 locations across the country.
The Silver Wing layout sees the showrooms being adorned with a black-and-white monochromatic theme and also offering an immersive digital experience by the virtue of a digital platform that allows customers to explore the entire motorcycle line-up on offer, along with the riding gear and accessories from the comfort of their homes.
According to Atsushi Ogata, Managing Director, President and CEO, HMSI, “Our focus is on expansion of Honda BigWing (Honda’s exclusive premium motorcycle network) to deliver a truly-differentiated immersive experience closer to customers. Today, we are delighted to inaugurate BigWing in Kannur. Through this new premium outlet, we aim to take Honda’s fun motorcycles closer to customers in Kannur and bring to experience our mid-size range of premium motorcycles.”
Honda retails its premium motorcycle range starting from the newly launched CB300F, CB300R, H’ness-CB350 to the litre-class CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, adventure tourer Africa Twin Adventure Sports and flagship model Gold Wing Tour through its BigWing outlets.
