VIDA, the electric mobility brand powered by Hero MotoCorp, announed on Tuesday that it has won multiple honors at the Red Dot Design Concept Awards 2026. The recognition was awarded to the VIDA NOVUS concept series, comprising the NEX 1, NEX 2, and NEX 3, as well as the high-performance VIDA DIRT.E MX7 electric motorcycle. The latest accolades follow the Red Dot award secured last year by the DIRT.E K3 off-roader.

VIDA NOVUS Series and DIRT.E MX7 Design Details

VIDA says that the NOVUS series is designed to address urban transit challenges. The NEX 1 features a portable device that doubles as a backpack for short journey segments, the NEX 2 combines two-wheeler agility with multi-use utility, and the NEX 3 provides all-weather personal protection. Meanwhile, the VIDA DIRT.E MX7 serves as the first model built on VIDA's dedicated mid-size off-road platform.

"These consecutive Red Dot honors are a powerful validation of our global design dominance as we continue to set new benchmarks for the future of mobility," said Kausalya Nandakumar, Chief Business Officer of the Emerging Mobility Business Unit at Hero MotoCorp.
