Fiem Industries Limited announced on May 30, 2025, the opening of a new office in Gurugram that consolidates its R&D-Electronics, Innovation Centre, and Corporate Office operations at a single location. The facility is located on the 2nd Floor, Tower A, Plot No. 243, SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar Phase-1, Gurugram, Haryana.
J.K. Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Fiem Industries, stated that the strategic move brings core management functions under one roof to foster collaboration and efficiency. The company expects the consolidation to streamline communication, expedite decision-making processes, and cultivate a unified organizational culture.
According to Jain, the new office arrangement aims to deliver three key benefits: improved synergy through cross-functional coordination, enhanced efficiency in decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, and the promotion of a unified workspace that reinforces organizational cohesion.
The company indicated that this move will strengthen its capabilities to serve Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in both the two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments. Fiem Industries operates as a manufacturer of automotive lighting and signaling equipment, serving various vehicle manufacturers in India's automotive sector.
Fiem Industries Limited is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Code: 532768) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE Symbol: FIEMIND). The company's main manufacturing unit is located in Rai Industrial Estate, Phase-V, Sonepat, Haryana, with its registered office in New Delhi.
