Enkei Wheels India Net Profit Drops 8 Percent to Rs 7.3 Crore in Q3 2026
The auto component maker reports 30 percent operational revenue growth, but rising material costs compress margins.
Enkei Wheels (India) reported an 8.3 percent year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 7.28 crore for Q3 CY2026, compared to Rs 7.94 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Sequentially, net profit fell 29 percent from Rs 10.25 crore recorded in Q2 CY2026. The drop in bottom-line performance was largely driven by a sharp escalation in raw material consumption costs and higher borrowing adjustments.
Revenue from operations for the quarter expanded 30.3 percent year-on-year to Rs 345.37 crore from Rs 265.11 crore in Q3 FY25, while growing 8.3 percent sequentially over Rs 319.03 crore in Q2 FY26.
Total expenses for the reporting period increased 31.7 percent year-on-year to Rs 335.87 crore, compared to Rs 255.07 crore in the same period last year, and rose 10 percent sequentially from Rs 305.38 crore. Cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 230.04 crore.
In the notes accompanying the financial results, the company recorded an adjustment of Rs 1.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared to Rs 19.7 lakh in the previous quarter ended June 30, 2026.
