CASE Construction Equipment Opens 6,000 Sq Ft Customer Support Facility in Faridabad

CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has inaugurated a new 6,000-square-foot facility in Faridabad to expand its operational footprint and customer service support across the National Capital Region (NCR). The facility incorporates double the parts storage capacity of its previous infrastructure, a service workshop capable of accommodating 10 to 12 machines simultaneously, and a dedicated equipment display section.

The new premises showcase four of the company's machinery models to cater to regional infrastructure and construction demand. The opening marks an expansion of the company's presence in Faridabad, where it established its first company-owned, company-operated showroom in India in 2018.

Ravindra Ashtekar, Head of Network Development at CASE Construction Equipment, said, "NCR is an important market for construction equipment, with demand shaped by ongoing infrastructure development and a diverse range of customer requirements. Strengthening our presence in the region is therefore an important part of our efforts to remain accessible to customers and provide dependable support."
