Dharmesh Arora Appointed CEO of Highway Roop Precision Technologies

Highway Roop Precision Technologies Limited has appointed Dharmesh Arora as its Chief Executive Officer. Arora joins the platform after serving as Regional CEO for Asia Pacific at Schaeffler Group, and brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Prior to Schaeffler, Arora held leadership roles at General Motors and began his career at Maruti Suzuki in 1986. His focus at Highway Roop will include driving growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the platform.

Highway Roop, formed through the integration of Highway Industries and Roop Automotives, is a manufacturer of forged and precision-machined components, steering systems, and powertrain solutions for electric, hybrid, and ICE vehicles. The company serves 55 customers in 17 countries, with 12 plants and 14 warehouses globally.

The appointment is aimed at strengthening Highway Roop’s leadership as it pursues expansion in the auto components sector.
