Citroën India Launches ‘Drive’ Range and Fleet Assured Program for Commercial and Mobility Sector

As part of its Citroën 2.0: Shift into the New strategy, Citroën India has launched the ‘Drive’ range of vehicles, specifically designed for the mobility and commercial transport sectors. Complementing this product line is the Fleet Assured program, a comprehensive ownership solution tailored for institutional and fleet customers.

The Drive range includes Citroën models engineered for high utilisation and long-term durability, targeting businesses in people mobility such as ride-hailing services, employee transport, and other fleet-based operations. The lineup offers multiple fuel options—electric (EV), compressed natural gas (CNG) with government-approved kits, and petrol variants compliant with E20 fuel standards. The range consists of one EV model, two CNG models, and three petrol-powered vehicles. All vehicles in this segment will feature distinct ‘Drive’ badging to indicate their commercial application.

The Fleet Assured program is positioned as an industry-first initiative, offering end-to-end support across the vehicle lifecycle. It includes extended warranty coverage of up to 5 years or 300,000 km, which is designed to meet the demands of high-mileage usage. The program provides access to dedicated B2B service workshops, including night-shift operations for eligible customers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Priority parts availability and guaranteed same-day preventive maintenance are offered under defined service level agreements to enhance vehicle uptime.

Fleet customers also benefit from dedicated support through named points of contact, structured escalation channels, and partnerships with financial and insurance providers for customised fleet financing and insurance solutions. Additional value-added services include complimentary vehicle health checks, battery State of Health (SOH) reports, and driver training programs aimed at improving safety and efficiency. The program also introduces digital tools such as Fleet Connect and Pitstop-Pro, which provide data-driven service dashboards and dedicated engagement platforms for fleet managers.

Customers maintaining a minimum fleet size, classified under the Elite group, will gain access to the Elite Club, offering enhanced benefits and premium support services.

Shishir Mishra, Business Head & Director – Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Business, Stellantis India, said, “With the Drive range and Fleet Assured program, we are expanding our commitment to the commercial mobility sector. These initiatives aim to improve vehicle reliability, reduce downtime, and support the operational efficiency of our business customers.”

The launch reflects Citroën’s growing focus on India’s institutional mobility market, combining purpose-built vehicles, dedicated service infrastructure, and strategic partnerships in finance, insurance, and digital fleet management.

The Citroën ëC3, already part of the brand’s electric vehicle offering, will be included in the Drive range, reinforcing its presence in the e-mobility segment.
