He explained that the Pink Module was created to address this need, providing women drivers trained in self-defense to foster a safer and more inclusive cab-hailing environment.
CABI operates in over 250 cities across India, providing a range of features designed to improve user experience. These include an online and self-booking tool, concierge-like services, and a WhatsApp bot that enables real-time bookings. These features contribute to a streamlined and efficient service, enhancing convenience for its passengers.
