Bosch Global Software Technologies and EMotorad Sign MoU to Explore Micro-Mobility Advancements

Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) and EMotorad, along with its manufacturing arm Dynem, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore potential synergies in the micro-mobility segment.

The collaboration aims to analyze market trends, exchange knowledge, and identify opportunities for India to play a strategic role as both a manufacturer and a market in the evolving eMobility sector.  

The MoU will focus on key areas such as connectivity, performance, and sustainability to better understand consumer preferences and technological advancements in eBikes. By leveraging their respective expertise, BGSW and EMotorad aim to support the growth of the eBike ecosystem in India and other markets while contributing to innovation and sustainable mobility solutions.  

Kunal Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of EMotorad, stated that Bosch has long set industry standards in the automotive sector, serving as a benchmark for EMotorad. He added that the collaboration combines BGSW’s expertise in software and technology with EMotorad’s knowledge of design and manufacturing to enhance the adoption of intelligent and sustainable mobility solutions.
