AJAX Engineering Launches Personalized Video Outreach Initiative for Dealer Network

AJAX Engineering, a construction equipment manufacturer, has announced a new initiative to improve dealer engagement through automated personalized video messages. The approach, powered by AiVANTA's IMPACT platform, aims to address challenges in converting online inquiries into customer interactions.

The system generates individualized video messages for each incoming lead, incorporating the customer's name, the product they inquired about, and details of the nearest dealer, including contact information and a Google Maps link. The videos are available in regional languages and include options for customers to call the dealer, schedule a demonstration, or request additional information.

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp and email shortly after a customer inquiry is received. The initiative is designed to provide dealers with greater context when responding to leads, potentially accelerating the conversion process.

According to the company, early results indicate that personalized communication of this type can improve lead conversion rates and increase foot traffic at dealership locations, particularly for high-involvement purchases such as construction equipment.

The approach represents a broader trend in dealer-dependent industries where digital engagement tools are being integrated with traditional sales channels.

"Our collaboration with AJAX Engineering demonstrates how personalized, tailored video communication can transform dealer ecosystems," said Karan Ahuja, Co-founder and CEO of AiVANTA. "By bringing personalization and regional accessibility into the lead journey, we are helping OEMs and dealers work in closer alignment to serve customers better."

AJAX and AiVANTA are currently exploring additional applications of the technology, including engagement with existing customers through after-market contract renewal reminders, spare parts promotions, and upselling opportunities aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value.

AiVANTA is an artificial intelligence platform that uses hyper-personalization technology to deliver customized video experiences. The platform is designed to integrate with existing business systems and handle large-scale operations while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance.
