VW India launches Breeze editions of Polo, Vento
Volkswagen India has launched special editions of its Polo and the Vento models called the Polo Breeze and Vento Breeze.
Volkswagen India has launched special editions of its Polo and the Vento models called the Polo Breeze and Vento Breeze. To commemorate the introduction of these ‘action’ models, the company plans to host the Breeze Weekend festival at all its 77 dealerships across the country.
The Breeze Editions are aimed at boosting sales of both models that currently sell in the region of 6,000 units a month. The Polo Breeze will be available in all trim of petrol engines and come with features such as a satellite navigation system, rear parking distance control, leatherette seat covers, breeze stickers, pillows and floor mats. The Vento Breeze will be available on trendline for both petrol and diesel engines. Its features include Touch screen multimedia players with GPS, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, Breeze branding across the car and luxury pillows. Neeraj Garg, board member said the response from customers to the Vento IPL Edition encouraged the company to introduce the Polo Breeze and the Vento Breeze. Recently, Toyota Kirloskar Motor launched a limited edition of the Innova, Crysta, of which just 1,000 units were to be made.
