TVS Institute for Quality and Leadership gets GlobalCCU performance certification

The TVS Institute for Quality and Leadership (TVS IQL), the corporate university of TVS Motor Company, has received ‘Performance level’ certification by the Global Council of Corporate Universities (Global CCU) after qualifying the requirements during an on-site audit.

Certification by GlobalCCU is the global recognition of the existence, the reliability, the level of maturity of a corporate university, awarded at the end of a deep and gradual assessment process by renowned experts. TVS IQL was previously certified at the Compliance level.

The Performance Certification level presents how the Corporate University performs and innovates in Business impact, Culture management, People Management, Operational efficiency, Durability, and Future plans.
