RSB Group bags global HR and CSR awards

Nirmala Behera Udgata, executive director – Group HR and Priyanka Behera, Head – Group CSR, RSB Group, have been conferred with Hall of Fame, The Golden Globe Tigers Award 2018, respectively for Excellence in HR Leadership and Excellence in CSR Leadership in the individual category at the World HR & CSR Congress, Kuala Lumpur.

The awards were presented on the eve of World HR/CSR Congress at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residencies, Kuala Lumpur, attended by the HR and CSR fraternity and dignitaries from Europe, US, Asia, Far East countries and India.

The awards are meant to recognize world leaders passionate in HR and CSR, have contributed significantly and excelled in their roles globally.

The criteria of selecting winners in the HR & CSR Hall of Fame involves an intense research process undertaken by the research cell which consists of professionals in history and management who shortlist individuals who are doing extraordinary work in HR asnd CSR and track the record of their achievements. The shortlist is then reviewed by a jury comprising of top professionals from across the world, based on the nominations received.
