Pravin Shah is new CEO of M&M Auto
Pravin Shah will replace Rajesh Jejurikar as the CEO of M&M Automotive Sector.
Pravin Shah, Mahindra & Mahindra’s international operations head will take a new role of Chief Executive – Automotive Sector with effect from February 1, 2012. Shah, who has so far spent 30 years at M&M, will replace Rajesh Jejurikar, who has moved from M&M to Zee network.
During his stint at M&M, Shah has handled key assignments in the functions of finance and IT systems within the automotive and tractor businesses as well as other parts of the Group.
M&M has announced some other changes in the senior management. Ruzbeh Irani, currently, executive vice president - corporate strategy and chief brand officer, is being transferred to the automotive and farm equipment sectors. He will now take over Shah’s role as chief executive - international operations.
Shriprakash Shukla, currently, president - special group projects will take over as president - group strategy and chief brand officer at Mahindra & Mahindra.
