MyTVS is an independent, multi-brand aftermarket integrated car services brand that reaches out to satisfy every service need of a car owner. The company stated that this entry into Andhra Pradesh is a strategic move to enhance its presence across the country. Other services such as all-car service and 24x7 emergency services will follow suit. MyTVS will also bring insurance, claims coordination, used car finance, total service annual maintenance contract and car overdraft schemes in stages.
Dinesh said that the company has been consistently demonstrating a true commitment to best-in-class service. It has a strong focus on continually improving the capabilities and the knowhow of its executives and mechanics as they play an important role in building customer loyalty.
