Mercedes-Benz India announces new marketing and sales heads
Pune, April 15, 2013: Mercedes-Benz India has announced that Boris Fitz (41, above left) will take over as Head of Sales for the company.
Pune, April 15, 2013: Mercedes-Benz India has announced that Boris Fitz (41, above left) will take over as Head of Sales for the company. Meanwhile, 36-year-old Santosh Iyer (above right) has been appointed Head of Marketing at the company.
The appointments are effective from May 1, 2013 and follow the departure of Debashis Mitra, director (marketing & sales), Mercedes-Benz India, who resigned from the company on March 28 after a five-year stint.
The luxury carmaker has aggressive plans in terms of new product launches and network expansion in 2013. It opened its newest dealership at Vadodara on March 22 and currently has a network spread across 33 cities with over 59 outlets across India.
