Mahindra Scorpio sells over 50,000 units in 2011-12

Mahindra Scorpio sells over 50,000 units in 2011-12
May 1: Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has announced that its popular Scorpio SUV has recorded its highest ever annual sales since inception. With sales of 50,844 units during FY 2011-12 as against 43,451units during FY 2010-11, the Scorpio registered a growth of 17 percent.

Speaking on the milestone, Pravin Shah, chief executive, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra, said, “This is a very proud moment for us, as the iconic and trend-setting Scorpio has achieved yet another milestone in its 10th year.”
