Mahindra looks to enhance customer satisfaction with two new digital platforms
With SYOUV and With You Hamesha, M&M says it aims to transform customer experience at the pre-sales, sales and post-sales experience.
Mahindra & Mahindra today launched two new digital platforms – SYOUV and With You Hamesha – in a bid to enhance the overall ownership experience of its automotive products. The company says it aims to transform customer experience at the pre-sales, sales and post-sales experience with these new platforms.
The pre-sales digital engagement SYOUV platform assists the customer when he/she is researching the vehicle and is in the exploration phase. Through multiple e-commerce tie-ups, SYOU enables booking of a vehicle at the click of a button.
According to M&M, SYOUV is a smart platform which makes personalised recommendations based on the customer’s actions. Key features include ‘Collaborative Exploration’ which allows collective customisation of vehicles, ‘Talk to Expert’ helps the customer connect with an expert for real-time responses through audio/text chat, ‘Digitally Personal’ recommends relevant article and events and ‘3D Discovery’ helps view the various features of a vehicle in 3D format.

With You Hamesha offers a range of services specific to the vehicle and its service history, the convenience to book a service, create a job card and get an online service estimate, track the servicing of the vehicle and receive instant notifications, online video connect to get live updates and the option to pay service expenses online.
M&M says it has partnered with Microsoft, Dassault Systemes and Socheers Infotech for SYOU and with Extentia IT, Hungama and HNS Technologies for With You Hamesha.
According to Veejay Ram Nakra, senior VP (Sales and Customer Care), Automotive Division, M&M: “Today, digitalisation is disrupting many businesses and is a key differentiator in terms of customer experience. The SYouV and With You Hamesha platforms are the two key pillars of our digital strategy and will set a benchmark in the industry in elevating customer experience.”
