JLR expands India dealer network to 28 with new outlet in Chennai
The luxury carmaker is targeting growing demand in South India.
British luxury carmaker Jaguar Land Rover India has opened a new retail showroom in Chennai in association with VST Grandeur. The new facility is spread over two levels, covering an area of 1,350 square metres, with 11 cars on display. This expands the luxury carmaker's retail network to 28 showrooms across India.
The company says the facility complements the existing Jaguar Land Rover showroom and service facility on Poonamallee High Road. The new showroom will display JLR's India portfolio, including approved pre-owned cars and also a wide range of branded accessories and merchandise.
Rohit Suri, president and MD, Jaguar Land Rover India, said, “The well located new showroom will provide convenient access to a world-class sales experience for our discerning customers. This facility will further strengthen JLR’s presence in Chennai region and also bolster our partnership with VST Grandeur with whom we have been associated for ten years.”
Jaguar Land Rover vehicles are available in India in 24 cities, through 28 authorised outlets in Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru (3), Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai (2), Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kochi, Karnal, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai (2) , Noida, Pune, Raipur, Surat and Vijayawada.
