J.D. Power Asia Pacific gives away CY-2012 India awards

March 14, 2013: JD Power Asia Pacific recently held an awards ceremony in New Delhi for the winners of its various studies in the Indian market, in calendar year 2012. These include the India Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) Study, India Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS), India Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study, India Customer Satisfaction Study (CSI),India Initial Quality Study (IQS), and the India Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study.

These awards, which are based on responses from consumers and business customers each year who have used or owned the auto brands and services being rated, reflect what consumers of these products and services actually think about them.
