Jaguar Land Rover sells 76,221 units in March 2018

Tata Motors Group global wholesales in March 2018, including Jaguar Land Rover, were at 153,156 nos., higher by 18 percent over March 2017.

Tata Motors Group global wholesales figure for March 2018 are 153,156 units, which also includes sales from Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).

Global wholesales of all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in March 2018 are 56,399 units. A total of passenger 96,757 passenger vehicles were also sold.

Global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover were 76,221 units  (including CJLR volumes of 7,126 units) whereas the retail figure stood at 83,732 units for the same month. Between the two brands, Land Rover’s global wholesale figure of 55,173 units was 4,259 units less than its retail sales figures for March 2018. Similarly, Jaguar’s global wholesales figure stands at 21,048 units while its retail figures were 24,300 units for the same month.

It is understood that JLR’s global retail numbers in March 2018 are the highest for FY2018.
