Greaves Retail inaugurates first AutoEVmart in Kerala

Greaves Retail, the retail arm of Greaves Cotton, has inaugurated its AutoEVmart, its multi-brand EV retail store in Thiruvananthapuram, its first in the state. This is part of the company’s ongoing investment in various e-mobility initiatives comprising superior electric 2W/3W, vehicle finance, and a national network of after-sales and retail. The company has three outlets in Bengaluru.

The AutoEVmart will display a variety of products including electric scooters, bikes, e-cycles as well as spare parts, and accessories. It will EV products from 14 leading EV manufacturers under one roof, reaching out to customers across B2B and B2C segments.

Arup Basu, deputy MD, Greaves Cotton, said, “With ‘AutoEVmart’, we are able to bring a range of electric vehicles in the last mile mobility space to discerning customers here in Kerala.”

The AutoEVmart outlet also offers financial and charging services. Greaves Retail launched AutoEVmart in September 2021 as a multi-brand EV retail business. In addition to offering products from leading EV brands, the retail store also hosts EV-related products and services under one roof, delivering choice, convenience, and a unique experience for customers.
