Ford India recharges its used car business
FORD INDIA HAS opened its multi-brand used car retail outlets at Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Pune and Kochi. As part of this phased introduction approach, these outlets will be operated in partnership with Ford’s existing dealers. This includes Harpreet Ford in Delhi, Bhagat Ford in Chandigarh, KS Ford in Jaipur, Kairali Ford in Kochi and Planet Ford in Pune which will buy, recondition and sell a range of Ford and other brand cars
FORD INDIA HAS opened its multi-brand used car retail outlets at Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Pune and Kochi. As part of this phased introduction approach, these outlets will be operated in partnership with Ford’s existing dealers. This includes Harpreet Ford in Delhi, Bhagat Ford in Chandigarh, KS Ford in Jaipur, Kairali Ford in Kochi and Planet Ford in Pune which will buy, recondition and sell a range of Ford and other brand cars.
The Ford Assured initiative is part of a strategy to develop a closer connect with its existing and potential customers and is premised on the fact that a strong growth trend in new cars will have a positive impact on used cars. Nigel Wark, executive director - marketing sales and service, Ford India, said: “The demand for used cars has grown in India following the rising aspirations of the rapidly growing middle income customer group. Ford Assured allows us to offer our world class services to those who aspire to upgrade their vehicles as well as potential first-time used car buyers.”

A stringent 169-point quality check.
Cars are reconditioned by Ford trained and highly experienced technicians.
Limited warranty of one year or upto 20,000km.
Innovative and convenient buying options.
Additionally, Ford Assured will offer buyers two initial services without labour charges on every vehicle purchased. Buyers can opt for Ford India’s premium 24-hour Roadside Assistance Service (RSA) for all Ford cars sold under the programme.
