Force Motors expands its presence in New Delhi

Force Motors has opened a new dealership Rohit Force at New Delhi for its commercial vehicles (CVs). A modern, dealership it currently displays the Small Commercial Vehicles- Trump 40, and recently launched first monocoque 26 seater the Traveller 26, the Traveller AC and the CNG Traveller school bus.

Abhay Firodia, chairman, Force Motors Ltd who inaugurated the outlet presented the ceremonial keys to the first three customers of Trump 40, Traveller 26 and Traveller school bus vehicles.

Based on Main GT Road, Rohit Force is centrally located and easily accessible from the city. Rohit Bahal, Proprietor, Rohit Force said: “I am very happy to be a part of the Force Motors family with the inauguration of our modern commercial vehicles dealership. Force is a well-recognized and reputed CV manufacturer with its Traveller and Trax range being immensely popular. I look forward to making a mark in New Delhi with this new state of the art dealership.”

Force Motors manufactures SCVs, LCVs, multi utility vehicles (MUV), and agricultural tractors. Force Motors recently entered the personal vehicles segment with the launch of its Force One SUV in August 2011. This was followed by the launch of the Gurkha off-roader in 2013.

Established in 1958 Force Motors (then known as Bajaj Tempo) started production of Hanseat 3-wheelers in collaboration with Vidal and Sohn Tempo Werke Germany and had iconic brands like the Tempo, the Matador and the Traveller.

Today, its vehicle range includes Trump small commercial vehicles, Trax multi-utility and cross country vehicles, Traveller light commercial vehicles and the Balwan range of agricultural tractors.

In 1999, it set up a dedicated facility for assembling and testing engines for Mercedes passenger cars to be made in India. Till date Force Motors has supplied over 38,000 engines. This portfolio has grown to include the front and rear axles of the C, E, S and M class passenger cars and SUVs, which was added in the last two years.
