Mumbai, January 22, 2014: Fiat Group Automobiles India has announced its free check-up camp at its exclusive dealerships for 2 days January 24-25.
Mumbai, January 22, 2014: Fiat Group Automobiles India has announced its free check-up camp at its exclusive dealerships for 2 days January 24-25. As part of the initiative, Fiat excusive dealership executives will contact existing customers through text messages and emails to inform them about the camps. The 2-day camp will be set up at all Fiat workshops in 74 cities in India. The carmaker will conduct an extensive 49-point check-up for all Fiat customers with free top wash, 10 percent discount on labour, 10 percent discount on car parts for mechanical repairs and a 10 percent discount on accessories and merchandise.
Speaking about the countrywide check-up camp, Nagesh Basavanhalli, president and MD, Fiat Chrysler India Operations, said, “Fiat India is rapidly taking strides to reach out to incumbent and prospective customers. The aftersales check-up camps are an effective way to connect with our existing customer base and our commitment towards them. Through the check-up camps, we will replicate Fiat’s global standards in aftersales service in India. This initiative is a part of ‘Fiat Century Drive’ which marks the significance of a milestone achievement of 100 dealerships in just one year.”
