Ferromatik Milacron India showcases high-performance, new-gen moulding machine technologies
Ahmedabad, September 5, 2013: Ferromatik Milacron India, the leading manufacturer of plastics injection moulding machines in the country, demonstrated its high-performance, new-generation injection moulding machine technologies and solutions at its recently concluded Open House held on September 2-4 at the Vatva facility.

The event, which showcased the latest technological advancements with high productivity and enhanced energy efficiency, saw over 800 visitors from the plastics moulding industry along with suppliers and partners displaying a wide range of new solutions with benchmark performance in terms of cycle time and energy efficiency.
Among the product highlights were:
• Two-component injection moulding machine – first time ever built in India
• High-performance PET production system – 32-cavity system with complete auxiliary and conveying system
• In-mould labeling system for thin wall container – thin wall moulding with robotics and free fall at record breaking lowest cycle time
• Largest India-built all-electric injection moulding machine – 550 tonne
During the event, Ferromatik Milacron India unveiled its hydraulic injection mouding machines energy efficient new-generation Hydron Servo Machines from 100 tonne to 450 tonnes.
Managing director Shirish Divgi said “Demonstrated new technologies will expand our market footprint and help our customers to become more competitive with energy efficiency as its focus.”
