Bajaj Auto introduces 125cc variant of 'V'

The V12 is priced at Rs 56,200 (ex-showroom, Delhi), or Rs 6,000 lesser than the V15.

Nearly nine months after introducing the new brand, V, with the 150cc-engined V15, its manufacturer Bajaj Auto has now added a 125cc variant called the V12. Rollout of the new bike started today.

The V12 is priced at Rs 56,200 (ex-showroom, Delhi), or Rs 6,000 lesser than the V15. Eric Vas, president – Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto says that the new introduction is part of the company's strategy to build V as a family of motorcycles.

The V15, launched on February 1, 2016, has sold 200,000 units till date. Bajaj Auto claims that in seven states of India, the brand enjoys the leading, or second position, in the executive motorcycle segment.
