Audi opens 13th dealership, five more planned
Audi India has opened a new showroom at Ludhiana, its 13 th in the country. The company will set up another five in this calendar taking the total to 18 showrooms by the end of this year.

Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India, said, The opening of this second showroom in Punjab further strengthens our foothold in the region.”
Audi Ludhiana will also manage the exclusive Audi service facility, located in the same premises as the showroom. This facility is spread over an area of 18,000 sq ft. and has a capacity to service 16 cars per day in one shift on a total of 13 bays.
Audi India has already opened new showrooms in Delhi and Chennai. Last year, the company inaugurated showrooms in Mumbai, Kolkata, Jaipur and Bangalore.
Audi India sold 408 vehicles in May and 2,394 in the January-May 2011, over 100 percent as compared to the year-earlier period. The company has begun to assemble its all-new A6 saloon at the VW Group facility in Aurangabad and will launch it in the second quarter of this year.
