Apollo to showcase range at Geneva Motor Show

Apollo Tyres is to launch its ultra high-performance summer passenger vehicle tyre, in W and Y speed ratings at the 82nd Geneva Motor Show, to be held from March 8-18. The company will also be showcasing its entire range of tyres sold and available in Europe at the show.

The Apollo pavilion in Hall 1 Stall 1240 will house the company’s two key brands in Europe – Apollo and Vredestein. In another significant development, the latest tyre tests by German Motoring Association ADAC produced commendable results for all three Apollo brands available in Europe — Apollo, Vredestein and Maloya. Of the 15 tyre brands tested in the 165/70-R14 size, Apollo’s Amazer 3G Maxx ranks in the first four.

The Amazer 3G Maxx shared top ratings, with another brand, on dry and wet performance with an impressive overall score of 2.3. While Vredestein is sold across Europe, Apollo was introduced in Germany, UK, Italy and Netherlands last year.
