Tata Motors launches the Ultra range in Vietnam
The Ultra range will cater to payloads ranging from 4- to 11-tonnes with engine capacities from 85hp to 180hp.
Tata Motors, which is looking for improved export sales of its commercial vehicles, today launched its Ultra range in the light commercial vehicle segment in Vietnam.
According to Tata Motors, the Ultra range offers good performance, a comfortable cabin, heavy-duty aggregates and multiple load-body configurations. The Ultra will cater to payloads ranging from four to 11 tonnes with engine capacities from 85hp to 180hp and offers increased productivity and longer life.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Girish Wagh, president - Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, said: “The Tata Ultra Business utility vehicle is a result of extensive feedback from customers and an immersive study into the lives of drivers to better understand their expectations, and is thereby designed to fast-track their businesses with superior all-round performance.
