The Tata Motors Group global wholesales in September 2018, including Jaguar Land Rover, was 123,577 units, higher by 6 percent, as compared to September 2017.
The global wholesales of all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in September 2018 was 52,018 units, up 25 percent compare to same period last year. Tata Motors' sold around 71,559 units across its passenger vehicle offerings in September 2018, which was lower by 4 percent compared to September 2017.
The company's luxury car brand Jaguar Land Rover sold 52,987 vehicles (JLR number for September 2018 includes CJLR volumes of 4,853 units). This included Jaguar wholesales for the month at 18,876 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales came at 34,111 vehicles.
CJLR – It is a JV between JLR and Chery Automobiles and is an unconsolidated subsidiary for JLR.
