Tata Motors group's global sales up 8 percent in November
The cumulative wholesales for this fiscal were at 662,545 units, higher by 12 percent over the last fiscal.
The Tata Motors Group, including Jaguar Land Rover, sold 90,695 globally in November 2015, up 8 percent compared to November 2014. The cumulative wholesales for this fiscal were at 662,545 units, higher by 12 percent over the last fiscal.
The global wholesales of all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in November 2015 included 29,066 units, lower by 4 percent compared to same period last year. The cumulative commercial vehicles wholesales for this fiscal were flat over the last fiscal at 241,010 units.
Further, the global wholesales of all passenger vehicles in November 2015 were at 61,629 units, up 15 percent YoY. Also, the cumulative passenger vehicles wholesales for this fiscal included 421,535 vehicles, up 10 percent over the last fiscal.
The global wholesales of Tata Motors’ passenger vehicles in November 2015 included 10,608 vehicles, slightly down by 1 percent YoY. This fiscal, the Group made 90,849 cumulative wholesales, up 6 percent compared to the last fiscal.
Meanwhile, the global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover included 51,021 vehicles. The Jaguar wholesales for the month were 9,069 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were 61,129 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales for the month were 41,952 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were 2,69,557 vehicles. Cumulative wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover for the fiscal were 3,30,686 vehicles.
