Honda launches facelifted Odyssey in the Philippines
The updated version gets a host of aesthetic design changes including a new chrome front grille, restyled bumpers both front and back.
Honda has launched the updated version of its family van, the the Odyssey in the Philippines. The refreshed model comes in the base EX and top EX-V Navi trims which are priced at Php 2,039,000 and 2,449,000 respectively.
Honda Cars Philippines has updated the popular Odyssey van and brought in a facelifted avatar. The updated version gets a host of aesthetic design changes including a new chrome front grille, restyled bumpers both front and back. The updates also extend to the exterior lights, which now see the inclusion of an LED fog lamp, along with smoked LED tail lights. While the EX-V Navi gets 17-inch alloy wheels, the EX variant gets smaller 16-inch alloys.
On the inside, the van sees a seven (2-2-3) seat configuration in the top trim, while the lower EX variant gets an eight seat (2-3-3) arrangement. The EX-V Navi trim also comes feature packed with a smart-entry system, 9-inch touch screen infotainment system and full leather upholstery.
On the safety front, the Odyssey comes equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, hill start assist (HSA), vehicle stability assist (VSA) and blind spot information (BLIS) system for the ORVMs, all of which come as standard safety kit on offer.
Mechanically, the refresh offers no changes, and continues to be powered by the existing 2.4-litre, four-cylinder, Earth Dreams series petrol motor, producing 174hp and developing 225Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a CVT gearbox along with paddle shifters.
