Haval to source materials from R&P Polyplastic

Russian composite materials supplier Research and Production Enterprise Polyplastic, announced its success for being selected as the supplier of composite materials to Chinese car manufacturer, Great Wall Motor for its Haval brand. The supplier of compounds begins the process of homologation of materials.
 
The Chinese brand Haval which recently entered the Russian market has already begun construction of the production plant in the Tula region. Completion of the assembly line is scheduled for early 2019 with production capacity of 80,000 vehicles per year. As per the company the negotiations lasted for more than two years.
 
The next crucial step is underway where official signing of the agreement on materials homologation is being discussed. R&P Polyplastic will supply the materials that will be used in the interior and exterior of the vehicles.
 
According to a press release by R&P Polyplastic, "Chinese manufacturers do not require an introduction. There is a huge number of advantages including economic ones that make them attractive players in the market. It is meaningful for us that a new producer, which currently enters the Russian market, chose us. Today, the task of our entire team is to justify the consumer's expectations and make our partner’s work in Russia as comfortable as possible."
