Denso acquires 34 percent stake in Chinese aftermarket compressor manufacturer
Denso Corporation has acquired 34 percent stake of Hefei Dyne Auto Air Conditioner Co, a compressor manufacturer in China, to help grow its automotive aftermarket compressor business globally.
Denso Corporation has acquired 34 percent stake of Hefei Dyne Auto Air Conditioner Co, a compressor manufacturer in China, to help grow its automotive aftermarket compressor business globally. The company says the transaction was completed on June 24, 2014.
Hefei Dyne manufactures a wide variety of high quality and cost-competitive aftermarket compressors sold in North America, Europe, Central and South America and Asia. With the acquisition, Denso’s aftermarket compressors will be manufactured by Hefei Dyne and sold through Dnso’s global aftermarket business network. In addition, Denso will provide engineering support to Hefei Dyne to promote the quality of compressors.
As is known, Denso supplies car air-conditioners, including compressors, to carmakers worldwide.
